Information We Collect

We collect the email address and name you provide when you create an account, the learning goals and lessons you generate, and your progress through them. We also collect basic technical data (browser, device type) to keep the service running.

How We Use It

Your data is used to personalize your lessons, save your progress across devices, process payments if you upgrade to PRO, and improve Pathio. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train public AI models.

Data Storage

Your account and learning data are stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase, hosted on AWS) in encrypted form.

AI Processing

Lessons are generated by large language models (including Google Gemini and OpenAI). The topics you submit are sent to these providers strictly to generate your course and answer your questions.

Payments

PRO subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment information directly.

Your Rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below.
